In case anyone is interested, UVIRA, in Oregon, is still in business for aluminum vacuum sealing headlamp reflectors. Just had mine done and they look great (see pic). The reflectors need to be nickel plated first, and then send them to UVIRA, 357 Shan Creek Road, Grants Pass, OR 97527. Include $75 for the work, which also covers shipping back to you. It is a good deal, I think.

Yeah they do great work, many AACA and VCCA members have used them. they did 2 sets for me to date.
had local shop clean, brass, nickel, and polish then I sent them out to UVIRA.
