If so, I would like to source one; which kit # am I looking for? I see that a modern kit is available from the major vendors, but I would like to go this old school route. Thanks. LUKE

Hoping that a pair of vise grips and a little prying eases it off. I am all eyes and ears if there is some good advice out there as to how to proceed. Thanks! LUKE
