Here is a 1966 Chevrolet Owner Protection Plan Booklet. I believe that it is for a 1966 Bel-Air 4-door sedan with a V-8 engine. The Vin number is 156696S263680. It was originally sold by a Chevrolet dealership in Illinois.
The booklet shows its age. It is not missing any pages, however pages 49 thru 54 are stuck together. $2 plus shipping.
