Is there a Libbey-Owens-Ford "Do-It-Yourself" BUG kit sold by any vendors? I have replacement glass in my 1948 Chevy 1/2 ton truck that I would be interested in recreating the original dated safety glass etchings in the proper locations.

Thanks.

They did in 1946 for sure.

All of the glass in mine is LOF and all dated 1946.

And you are correct on the use and location of safety sheet and safety plate.
