i have just stripped the pistons from a 1936 207 spare motor and the pistons have another set of oil rings below the wrist pin near bottom of piston i know these are not original. would any body know what these are? could they be bedford truck pistons .if i decide to use these pistons again would i need them. thanks

Are they aluminum or cast iron?
