Anyone know how to tell if the carrier in the picture is for a 29 or 30? Parts book shows a different part number for the main section, probably due to tire size difference? Measurements of a known one could help.

circumference of tire channel approx 49 1/2 (this is from where channel starts around inside to where channel ends)
