The Body by Fisher tag is missing from my 1932 Chevrolet sedan. Where should ti have been located? Is the replica available from The Filling Station accurate? Thanks, Jack
they were on the fire wall no TFS does not have them, there was a guy AG Backeast making them, but looks like he stopped a few years ago, had him redo mine, perfect copy. but you had to have the numbers body number which is easy, tells you year and style of body (can look it up and get that one) the other was the serial number down the line (that one is unique to each body built, was on the tag on the firewall and on the should also be etched on the board in the floor behind the floor board, is a 1 x 6 ish and screws in place) ). this company does a LOT of tags, and they list Fisher body tags as well, so may be able to help you if you have the serial number of hte Body. https://www.nostalgicreflections.com/

Thanks. I actually have the firewall tag. I was talking about the decorative oval tag that shows a carriage and the words Body by Fisher. I gather it may go on the passenger side sill perhaps?
I think I have an original oval Body by Fisher tag if interested. Need to check. It mounts with two small screws on the passenger side cowl panel just behind the bead for the hood and a few inches up.
HI. Thanks for your response. I would be very interested in your original tag if you have one. I have ordered the Filling Station repro but an original is always better. Jack
