I have a 31 4 door sedan and I'm looking for the names.of 2.body parts. The first is the metal below the radiator. The second is the metal between the rock panels and the running board. Thank you in advance.

I believe all refer to them as aprons. Radiator splash apron, and running board splash apron. Welcome to the party!

1 front ( radiator) splash apron (guard) and 2 side (runningboard) splash aprons is what I would call them.

If you're referring to the part that the crank handle goes through below the radiator opening I've always heard it called the lower radiator baffle. I believe HERE it's referred to and the Radiator Splash Guard. I've also heard it called a Chin Baffle and Lower Dog House Panel, both colloquialisms.
