I seem to have multiple running board/splash apron sets in my parts collection. Can someone tell me the correct length for the 1927 truck running board?

I have one set that's 69.5 inches and another that's 62.5 inches

I have a third set that's 81 inches, but they appear to have been covered with something and don't have the diamond tread pattern.

Naturally, you may ask, "Why don't you put them on the truck and see which ones fit?" And that would be a very good question. To which my lame response is that the running boards are not colocated with the main part of the truck project. I could load them all up and cart them across the county but I am trying to work smarter, not harder.

Which is a new thing for me ...

Thanks!
John

I measured Lurch's running boards and they are 69.5 inches. ;-)

Just for the record, Justin's running boards (1928 1/2 ton truck) are 50 inches long.
