Vern,

Do you have a gas tank for a ‘28 truck?

Vern are the gas tanks in good shape? Shipping may be a little costly. Also looking for a 28 headlight trim ring, and the gauge trims. Did you figure out your headlights on your truck? I got the picture you sent...the old boy is looking pretty good.

The tanks need to be cleaned but are solid tanks. No rust. I do have several guage trims.

One looks like it has a dent, the other straight? Do the gas caps come out? the problem with mine is I can't get the gas cap out, and it has pin holes around the fuel outlet on the bottom.
Any pictures of what you have for gauge trims? I need a speedo one, and at least one for around the switch/choke pod, or guauges. (I think they are both the same)
Also by chance a speedo cable and housing?

My gas cap would not come off on my truck. I cut it out not damaging the threads. A cap for a Model T ford is the same size. I think I paid about $8 for a new one.I will check for a speedo cable and housing and trim. I think I have both. Get back to you later.
