Good morning all,

My name is Zach Dillinger. I have a few pre-war cars but do not own any Chevrolets yet. I'm here for a couple reasons. One, my most immediate need, is to find some axle shafts for my 1928 Pontiac (the same shafts are used in 25-29 Chevrolets). My longer term interest is to find a 1941 Chevrolet Special Deluxe coupe. I have a great photograph of my grandfather standing next to his, and I'd love to add a nice example to my collection.

I'm based in Charlotte, MI.

Thanks,
Zach D.

I did a member search using your name and didn't find you. I used Dillinger for the search. It's possible the data base isn't caught up yet if you just joined the club. If you can provide your member number I can also search using that and unlock your permissions for you. Welcome aboard! As for your initial post you can put and ad in the Parts Wanted and Vehicles Wanted forums. Hope you find what you're looking for!

I just joined about an hour ago so the database might not have caught up yet. Dillinger is the correct last name. As for a member number, when I go into the Manage Preferences part of the main VCCA page and go to "View/Print My Membership Card", the number is blank... where might I find the number?

laugh You know, that's a really good question. It's been so long since I joined I don't remember whether it came on the card they sent us in the mail or via email. You might contact member services 708-455-8222 or memberservices@vcca.org. Peter should be able to fix you up.

You are now in the database. I've marked you as a member. You might edit your preferences to show the club logo as a member under your name so folks know. I still can't help with your membership number. If you got an email confirming your membership it should be included in that email.

Click on your name in the upper right corner. Then click on Edit Profile. Your member number is there.
