Hi all! Figure this one, `64 Belair, when car is on the brake lights stay on & I unplugged both wires on the brake lite switch?? Thanks for any help.

Check your wiring carefully. The lights are receiving power from a source somewhere - possibly a wiring error.

There might be a issue with the turn signal wiring or switch.
