I just had to tell you this about the surprise I found out about our 37 fenders.. We found welding rods under the bondo of the front fenders :(
Above all things.. hmm from the year 37 ? Maybe. Wonder what the previous owners had in mind...

Any of you have good techniques as to start repair
on the metal of these. Ive never done this so
I thought to ask the professionals. I know that glass fenders are easy to get but ... I sure would like to have these fixed ...??? :confused:

Years ago it was common to reinforce the broken beads on a fender with welding rods.
