Wanting to replace the instrument glass on my 47, not sure how to do this without wrecking the trim. It looks like its folded over and pinches the entire unit and to get the glass out it needs to be pryed apart????Help!

Could you post a picture of the back side of the cluster? I need to refresh my memory as it has been 12 years or so since I did mine.

I am pretty sure I uncrimped the curved end that butts the speedometer as that is hidden when put back in place. I used very small pliers, needle nose, and worked small sections at a time. Also make several passes and un-bend a little with each pass until the glass will slide out.
