I have a craftsman compressor, output 8.8cfm@40psi 6.5cfm @90 psi. I want to buy a touch up HVLP gun to use with this compressor. I do NOT want to paint the exterior of the truck(49 3600) with it. I want to paint the firewall while the engine is out, the inner fenders, and the cab interior. I might use it to paint the frame. I will have the truck exterior done professionally when it comes time for the exterior and I have saved the cash. In crusing the internet I find the the Finex FX100 is highly rated. I have seen somw full size HVLP guns that would work with my compressor also. I'd like some feed back and some personal experience with model #'s etc. to get a first hand feel.
