I started on my '37 Coupe over twenty years ago, other projects popped up and the coupe got put away. I now have time to finish it up. I have run across a few parts that are a mystery to me and was wondering if someone could identify them. Also I could use a diagram of how the brake lines are connected, front and rears and in between. I will be installing the two piece windshield shortly and was wondering if I am to put the molding in place first, over the lip and then slide glass in the molding, whether or not that is possible. Appreciate any input, thanks[Linked Image from vccachat.org]

Mitch,
I don't know about the bracket with the 4 bolts, but the offset link is part of your starter linkage. The hollow end slides over the pin of your starter switch. The fork end attaches to the cross-shaft portion of the foot operated starter pedal. Good luck.

The shop manual shows the brake line routing.

The body manual describes the recommended factory process to install the windshield.

Installing the windshield is a 2 person job at least for me. I prefer to put the weatherstripping around the glass. Then I use a cord to roll the weatherstripping into the frame. There are lots of YouTube videos about installing glass in classic vehicles.
