Are all years 216 and 235 intake manifolds the same?

It depends upon which 235. There is a 235 version of the 216 in some trucks in the 40's.

If you are referring to the 1950 and later 235, they are different. Even the 1950 and later 216 is different than the earlier 216 intake manifolds.

For 1950 -1962 -NO . The 235 had larger intake and exhaust ports and carburetor intake studs farther apart and throttle bore larger.

The 1941-1949 are the same with the small ports, etc.
