Please see the following 1933 Chevrolet roadster:

https://www.mecum.com/lots/FL0122-486954/1933-chevrolet-roadster/

It seems to be a 1933 Standard Roadster although to my knowledge, no Standard Roadsters were produced in 1933.

The car is quite different from regular 1933-1935 roadsters. Note for example the different windshield posts.

Is this a Holden built roadster?

What do you think?

The windshield posts and windshield frame are the best indication that this is a Holden body 1933 standard roadster. This style of windshield posts and glass frame was used on 1932 and 1933 Holden body roadsters and tourers, and roadster utility pickups which were called “Express deliveries”
