Before I tackle replacing the wood in the door post on my 36 low cab pickup, has anyone done this recently, how hard is it to acomplish, and whom may have the best replacement wood kit? Thanks in advance guys.

Thanks for the info, however, I have checked with Jim, and he does not make this part. Too difficult. He has put me on to another individual however. The cost is $135.00 per side, seems a bit steep. But the question still arrises, how hard is it to replace them?
