In that era the documentation was the owners manual, the shop manual, and the Master Parts List. Your best solution is to join VCCA so you can connect with other ‘28 owners as well the Tech Advisor. I know that they would be willing to share pictures and tips about how they routed the harness in their vehicles. Rusty VCCA #44680
