28CHEVROLET, The 1928 striping and color combinations article I got from Dick Oldenburg shows the Coach:

Body-upper Black Dupont 2443312
Body-lower Avenue Green " 2445167
Body Stripe Gold
Body mouldings Black " 207412
Hood Avenue Green
Hood Stripe Gold
Disc Wheels Dunsmuir Gray " 2445446
Disc Wheel Stripe Black " 207412
Wood Wheels Natural
Instrument Panel Avenue Green
With Depression cut in
Black Dupont 2443312
Garnish Mouldings Avenue Green " 2445167
Door opening facings
and scuff plates Black " 2443312
window offsets Avenue Green Dupont # 2445167

The line drawings appear to me to be all the area out to where the upper body flats begin, I did not see the dimentions of that offset.

keep in mind that this is the paint scheme for the 1928 Coach (2 door sedan) ONLY! I did not find a mid-year paint scheme change for the Coach but there are changes in paint schemes for other model body styles.

I am not as knowledgeable on 1928 as 1931. 1931 breaks the window offset color at the ledge just inside the window opening. Since it is a Fisher Body as is the 1928 I suspect that the 1928 bodies had a similar color break.

That could very well be Chipper, I also was surprised by the Black stripe covering the raised portion of the body moulding and then it being striped with 2 gold stripes.
