I think of Gary Wallace in Saint Louis first when I need "stuff" for my '28. He has a catalog on line. I am sure that several others are just as reliable as Gary is, You might ask Wally Deck in your home state.

If I were you and if you think you are good with written material, purchase a Fisher body manual for the wood body Chevrolets, Buicks,Marquette, Oakland,Viking,Pontiac,Oldsmobile,Cadillac and LaSalle. It is: Fisher body service manual 1926-1931 closed body models. (Open cars had a Chevrolet or other than Fisher made body.) it has a number on the cover CHP-723104
Hampton Coach should send good detailed instructions, however , Some of their customers have said that they don't.
This manual is a 131 page reproduction of the original manual. I think I ordered mine from Gary Wallace when I was rebuilding the windows on my 28 Sedan You also will see them listed on EBay's auction when you are at the EBay home page and you search for: <1928 chevrolet> .
