That is a good question, I haven't found one either and since I have a tubular bumper I found a small flag set of three flags that has a bracket that slips under the hoods behind the radiator cap of the 28. Gary Wallace sells the set with bracket that slips under the hood for $15

If you haven't found any by the time I get home from the Early Six Cylinder Tour (1929 - 1954) I'll post an address of a place in Dayton, Ohio that sells a set of five flags with a holder that will bolt on with one of your bumper bolts. The last time I checked they had 48 and 50 star flags. I use three american flags and two Ohio flags.
Happy Hunting.
Jim

Yes, that is the one. The proper name for it is a pennant but who needs to be proper.

Wasn't there an article in the G&D that had a neat way of doing bumper flags a while back?

chevy chevy Yes there was. It involved the chap making up a portion of the rig to replace the single bumper bolt. Brazing a peice of threaded rod @ a right angle to a section of bar (drilled out of course) or a section of actual pipe that would point upright. Can't think at the moment though, who or when it was however. I'd have to reread my stuff. But.....that is the basic idea. He did have pictures here (G + D) and of course while NOT NOS.....it looked as if the thing "should be" NOS. Pretty nifty anyway. chevy chevy

I made the flag holder I'm using now, using some scavenged nickel-chromium-plated angle clips from some furniture...holds three flags...

hoping to find something a little nicer...

Hey Jim, my book says it is a sizzortail flag! I guess it has been so long since an @hi@ team won a Pennant they did away with the word! We don't hardly ever use the "P" word here in Texas either!

Ya, I guess they don't give a pennant for being the National Football Champions.
