my wiring harness on the drivers frame rail is fastened with zip ties....can't seem to find predrilled holes where some clips might go in.
any one know the solution??

Does your wiring harness go by the frame of the car? On my 48 coupe, it runs from the light switch up and over the drivers side door. Basically in the roof channel and comes out in the trunk. Seems like I seen the routing for the harness, but don't remember where it is at. Unless it is in the body assembly manual.
