So while I have my radiator out being boiled I figured I would try and get some seating sorted. My roadster came with two seat springs. I think one is the rumble seat base but I can't make heads or tail of the other. Does anyone have any pictures or measurements or the springs for a roadster? I need of both the front seat and the rumble.

Thanks!
-Primo

Looks like both are rumble seat. The seat back spring has the back curved to fit the lid and yours looks like its been flattened some from storage. I got lucky and found a full set for front seat and rumble seat a while ago. I believe you can get front seat springs from Snyder's ( yes the A parts guys).

Nice! I'll try re-arching it. I saw the seat sets on Snyder's but I was hoping to get something worked out with what I have. I'll probably have to order the front seat springs from them.

Thanks,

The spring would mount to a wood frame like pictured then mounted to the lid. This one is for my 1929 Cabriolet but yours should be similar.

Oooh yeah, I don't have any of that wood. If anyone can pull some measurements for me I would make one out of aluminium. I'm horrible at wood work.

Thanks,
-Primo
