When I need to use very, very small amounts of urethane and epoxy paints for touching up stone chips and the like, I use a one-milliliter eye/ear dropper to mix the correct ratio of paint, activator and reducer: X drops of paint,Y drops of activator and Z drops of reducer. Works great.
