Can anyone post a picture of a front axle from a 1939 Master Deluxe with knee action shocks please? Preferably looking straight at it from the front, thanks.

There is no front axle on a car with enclosed knee-action. There is a large frrame cross member.

My understanding is that the ‘37 & ‘39 knee action front suspensions are very similar. Jack Points for Knee ActionThis recent post has some good pictures.

I was in error in my reply. The 1939 has the open coil spring suspension the same as 1940-1948, Has no axle but control arms are attached to a heavy front cross member.
I was thinking you had a 1938.
The 1939 Master had leaf front springs and a solid axle.,,,,Master DeLuxe coil springs.

Hi Gene,
Thanks for the confirmation that the ‘39 is not the same as the ‘37.
