Greetings & salutations from a Newby from New Zealand. I'm the owner/caregiver of a Hot Rod 38 Chevy coupe, family owned for 50 years . I've seen the efforts club members have made to assemble & refit the hood on these old girls & until 2 years ago could fit mine in 1 piece, single handed...but a spare pair of hands sure helps. It's a job I'm in the middle of right now, a final fit of my new Chevs of the 40s centre strip & front panel alignment .Happy to add my advice if it would help .
