Here is the info sent to me by Trowen's wife. I went to my painter today and had it checked out. It is a match. Thank you Terri and Todd for the great information. This is for RM Diamont Paint from BASF, not sure if it tranfers directly to any other brand. Here is the info from the can.

Could this be the same Boatswain Blue as in 1931?

I would imagine that the difference is not extremely noticeable to the human eye. It is the match from Trowen's 31.
