Weirdest search... Anyhow, very excited to be here, I have some photos of some old stuff that ought'a interest ya'll which I'll post them shortly, but for now I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is James Ruther, I'm up in N. California, force retired auto restorationist, but not still doing some light welding stuff... Love the cars and industry! Airplanes too! I'll post some of my junk after I've been on the boards for a minute k. Thank ya'll and talk to ya soon.

This piece was in bad shape. The LT wing was broken off, the RT wing, after stripping the chrome, was found to be completely gone. It was filled with solder and paper thin. ...Way easier to just put a new wing on it. So that's what I did.
