I bought a piece of property a few months ago. It included an H Farmall, BF Avery tractor (re-powered with Volvo), a Clark forklift, a Cummins powered White, road tractor, 2 Jeeps, Case LA based Roustabout (1930s), and a 1947 Cletrac DD Bulldozer (Hercules 6 cyl. diesel. The forklift, Farmall, and White had all been conquered, so on Friday, My friend, Gary, came over and we started the Cletrac. It runs on 4 cylinders and occasionally 5, for brief periods. It moves, turns, and raises the blade.
Inside the building, there were 10 lathes, ranging in length from 12 inches to 15 feet. 3 horizontal mills, 2 giant power hacksaws, a one hundred (+) year old radial drill and much much more. I'm gradually getting it cleaned up.

Sounds like a very interesting purchase. Amazing what is on some of those old farms. I watch a guy on Utube that cleans up some of them. Very interesting what he finds. He runs a scrap year, so a lot of it goes to scrap.

This is 3 acres with a 40 X 80 pole barn, fully enclosed with a concrete floor. The previous owner died last year. I bought it from his daughter, just the way he walked out of it. He was a friend of mine so I am trying to dispose of the stuff in a respectful way. He was one of a kind and a true mechanical genius.

With all those lovely toys I would be very tempted to move house myself.
I like that you are trying to disperse the toys to people who may get time to use them as they should be used though.

How’s that tinkering going, Mike? Lots of treasures to sift through, for sure!
