Yes, Regular Contact cement. You can buy it in a Quart can which is more that enough to to do the job. When you apply it, apply it to both Mat and Plate. Use a brush and do only one stroke to apply it. If you do more that one stroke you will mess it up. Let it get tacky before to put the Mat down otherwise it will not stick. Remember the Mat will stretch even though you don't think it is so be very careful. Someone once told me to put wax paper in between upon laying the mat then pull the wax paper out. Never worked for me. Two people laying it will help.
