Back in about 1978 U bought one (1966 full sized Chevrolet convertible) that was in excellent, no rust and cosmetically sound condition. It was just a basic BelAir but had factory air conditioning. (It didn't have the console gages or a high power engine. Small V-8 with automatic transmission. Soon after buying it I drove it to Chicago on a Civil Service boondoggle and while there I had it Zeebarted. I misspelled that process. Do any of you remember when that sort of rust protection was popular?) It was white with read interior. Best I recall it had a black top.
Friend kept bugging for me to sell it to him. I did after a few years and always regretted it. I sold it to him for $900.00. Sweet car.
The commercial posted is a good one. Brings back memories. Boy, oh boy. The things we do sometimes. You know.

Thanks for posting the long version of the commercial.
Best,
Charlie
