Dear VCCA Members,
As much as we were looking forward to our planned hosting of the 19th Annual Area 9 meet we see no alternative other than cancelling our event for October 20-24, 2021 due to the continued rise of infections, hospitalizations and deaths of Covid within the Tampa Bay Area,
This is not something that we want to do but the health and welfare of VCCA members is more important than our meet. We spent a lot of time planning this and were looking forward to meeting each one of you.
Hopefully the next time that we have the opportunity to host an Area 9 meet, it will be under better circumstances.
