OP cle elum Grease Monkey Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 17 Renton, Washington	I want to assist the stock fuel pump with an electric one to eliminate long cranking when starting my 1930 after sitting for a few days/weeks. Ideas, suggestions? Thanks!

The original mechaniical pump will work fine most of the time but it can get vapor locked. You should only have to hold it for maybe 5 seconds.
