What is the correct clamp for the tail pipe and hangar for my 35 standard 3 window coupe? Any pictures would be appreciated

Before you buy anything from that guy, check to see if it is available from the other known sources. He buys most of his stuff from places like Jim Carter Truck Parts, He jacks the price waaaaay up. His truck grilles for '34/'35 and for '36 are available from Jim for less than $800. This guy is asking $1150.
His truck cab mounting kits are similar situation. I know about them because I make them for Jim and for The Filling Station and Brian at Classy Chev USA. I think you can save $75.00, or so, by buying from one of them. Shop around before you pay too much from this supplier.

That looks like a part that could be made in most any hobbiests shop. Vise and pliers.

Absolutely! I have made more complicated parts with just a hammer, vice, and sockets for rounding.
