The running board guy everyone raves about is Hunley Acuff, though I heard rumors he retired. Worth a try.

A good friend of mine shipped his Buick running boards to someone in Canada, and as far as I know he was happy with the result. I will try to get some information about the Canadian source. My 36 also needs the running boards recast, but it needs other things worse. Running boards are not a trivial expense.

I have not had a chance to drive it a lot but from the short time I've had it drives better than my 2016 f150 haha no extra chatter or noise. This definitely helps a lot though

The guy who did the running boards for my friend's Buick is Kris Arneson of McBride, BC.

Thanks! None of that decodes like the US model. The US model numbers are all 26xx or 26xxA instead of 27xx. Also the trim and paint numbers are 2 digits, not 3.

I should have documentation that can decode your tag. Give me a few days as I'm nuts right now.

Kris Arneson has restored running boards for my Pontiac and some friends. I drove there and back to avoid shipping them.
There is a Calgary company still kicking around - stay away. I was involved with recovery of many vintage running boards about 15 years ago in Central Alberta as a fake company was taking boards and huge deposits but was only pocketing the money. At least they were too lazy to dispose of the boards so we were able to return them.
