What is the correct battery cable gauge for my 1934 Master. I have a 2 gauge now. Would one gauge or zero be better?

Many of us with 6 volt systems are using 2/0 gauge with very satisfying results. I have not had starting issues in the 5 years I have been driving my '37. 2 gauge is marginal for a 6 volt system.

I was able to buy pre-made cables of an appropriate length at our local Farm & Fleet. This is the size used by diesel tractors.

Thanks for the input. I will get 2/0.
