I suggest that you need to do some research with the hot rod supply houses.
A big question is whether you are converting to a suspended pedal arrangement. Otherwise, you need one that will mount under the floor. The other questions are whether you are going to disc brakes or want power brakes. You will also need to fabricate and install additional brake lines.
What is the reason you want to change? The standard answer is for “safety”. If so, I suggest you visit with your car friends and ask them how often their single master cylinder system has failed to stop them when needed. While I have had some minor wheel cylinder leakage on my car, it has always stopped when I needed it.
Remember that with a dual master cylinder the stopping distance increases greatly if one portion fails, especially if it is the front.

There is a setup that they use on the 37 and 38 cars that uses the original pedal setup
My 1951 1 Ton is now on the road! My 38 Master 4 Door is also now on the road .

My single mstr cyl failed & I had an accident because the brake line had been vibrating on the frame & wore a hole, so when I stepped on the brakes the pedal went clear to the floor & I rear ended a Lexas. So that’s why I’m Converting to a dual Matt cyl. Only takes one time to make a believer. ????
