I'm in the process of getting the stuff to install my rear sliding quarter windows. When I pulled them out there was really nothing for me take photo so I need help. Below is listed two things by Chevs of the 40's.
**The first one below seems to be a kit, or everything I think I'd need to install them at $66.25 a set.
**The second one says just Vertical Rubber for front of glass for $78.75

Question: what am I missing here? The first one list Vertical Rubber and is $66.......then the second one list Vertical Rubber by itself for $78.......(are both of these required?) someone help me out as I don't relish the thought of dealing with vendors over a mistake. I've had enough of that the past 30 yeas! I can probably figure it out but any additional comments about installation welcomed.....HELP

I hear you Tiny....this is way we have these forums though.

I have talked to one of what appears to be one of "vcca favorite vendors" and just gave up!
Besides, I really like to know what I'm talking about, before speaking to someone who may, or may not, know themselves
"because the other guy who does is on break or out to lunch"..
no vendor bashing here, just wanting some first hand info from someone who has "been there and done that" since mine had nothing. Hmmm, maybe i should hot rod it? just kidding, just kidding.
