Hello JimmyV,
No clue. First thought were assorted slot wrenches, but don't see any wear from use. Then maybe go/no go gauges or a set of alignment tools. Lastly, how about a set of spacers for the suspension system. Whatever they are for, don't toss them away. They look pretty valuable to me. Hope someone knows what they are.

Don't recognize any of them. I have taken apart and put together several '31s. My memory is not what it used to be but also can't think what they might do when in their proper place.
