I was speaking to a woman on Long Island who has to sell a 1928 sedan. She has had it for a long time, the body is apparently quite rusty, her ex husband took the engine apart and it is in the back seat. She took off the lights, bumpers and exterior accessories. She has been trying to give the car away but wants some money for the good parts she took off. She is selling her house and will have to do something with this within a few months. Are these cars and parts worth anything? I am not interested for myself but hate to see her junk this thing. I have not seen it and although she said she was sending me pictures, I do not have any yet.

It depends on what condition they are in. But, I would say they would be worth something. I would be very interested in it, if I didn’t live on the other side of the country. There is a section on this form for parts that are for sale. Try posting them there and see what she can get.

She finally sent me a picture, body is toasted,, doors hanging, wood rotted, good for parts only I would think
