Sorry I don't have picture but perhaps you can help. I have two horn rings that were found in my 1950 STyleline Deluxe coupe. One is half a ring and has Chevrolet engraved/chromed in it. The other is a full ring with no such engraving.
Did they make two different styles? Perhaps one was for the lower level car and one for the Belair or for the coupe like mine? (mine body # is 1027)
Any comments appreciated. I need to have the one I'm going to use painted on the back side. Thanks
EDIT/UPDATE.....I also notice just now that when laying on the table side by side that one is "thicker" or higher than the other. One looks to be approximately 3/8 inch thicker on the part that fits directly under the center of the steering wheel. Hope this makes sense.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hubcap than ride in a Ferd.
If the OEM 1/2 ring is used to work the horn, it will probably snap off. I squeeze the horn ring behind the steering wheel spoke. I had to repair mine when I got the car.
