Hello:
Quick introduction - I'm a new member with an old car. I recently inherited a 1975 Caprice Classic Convertible which was purchased new by my father and has 71k miles. The car has been garaged kept, and is in generally good condition, but needs a little refreshing. Mechanically it runs and drives beautifully.
Current plans are to replace the top, and see what I want to do about paint (repainted in 1991, but has some chips and some scratches from my mother putting boxes on the hood (smh). The front and rear end need some adjustment (bumper shock absorbers a bit compressed from my father losing his ability to park properly).
The car is also missing the original spoke wheel covers which were stolen early in the car's life, and currently has wheel covers from an early 80's Oldsmobile.
I'm located in the Maryland suburbs of DC.
