Hello, I have been a member for several years, but have just started using the forum. I am restoring my 1936 Cabriolet, and want to use the original trim colors. I am sure there is a spec sheet for these colors, but have not been able to find it. Can someone steer me in the right direction? Thanks, Sfcavco

Gene, Thanks for your reply. The Cowl tag on my car lists: Style No. Body No. Trim No. and Paint No. The trim No. is a two digit number. the first number is 5, but the second number is obscured. Looks like it may be a 3 or 8. I'd send a photo, but don't know how to include it. Steve Cavagnolo

The trim number for a 1936 Cab. is #56. It was the only interior trim available. The Engineering Features book says the interior and rumble seat are trimed with rich imatation brown leather. Instrument panel painted same as Standard series closed cars.
Photos can be sent to me a chevgene@msn.com

Gene where do you find the Engineering Features book? I would like to look up things for my 38 Cabriolet.

Gene, thank you so much. ;Trim No. 56 looks as though it is correct. The six is obscured on my plate. Is the Engineering Features book available on line? Steve
