Can any one tell me what these hinges are for part number T-14089 LH and T-14088 RH

did a google and on Chevy Talk there was a discussion from 2003 about this part number Took my bad hinge parts off my 36 sedan and on the LH (LH is cast below the part #) hinge (largest of the two parts) is part # T-14089. the right is not readable. discussion: 36 chevrolet..
