I am new to the forum and I am finishing a 62 409 2x4 convertible. I am trying to get the engine compartment as accurate as possilble. can someone explain the wax marks on the firewall that I have seen on some cars. I would like to put these on my car..........just don't know what the markings translate to and exactly where they go. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks Steve

Steve,
Post your question down int the '61-'64 area. The guys who know the answers are more likely to be hanging out down there. Good luck and welcome.

Mike
