Does any one have a body parts book that includes parts for a 38? I need the part # and correct name for the chrome center strip that goes over the bull nose and back over the hinges. I have tried to find one on this forum in the past. I am going to put it in the G&D magazine and those would be helpful. Mine is broken and the guy I was gong to have fix and chrome it told me it would be 6 months out. I know they mske reproductions but I want an original piece.

The Group number is 8.015 all hinges are under this group number.
The part number for HA & HB is 597480 I am not 100% sure.
I have two of these hinges, one I am sure it is orginal which I had the chrome stripped years ago.
The other might be NOS and might be a repro, I wish I could be sure.
The one on my coupe is a NOS.
I do not know where you are located, if in Calif or close let me know.

Thank you timbeilby. I am in Iowa, quite a ways from you. Am I understanding you post, you have a NOS one that has been stripped and one that you don't know if it is a repo. Is the one that is stripped the one you have on your coupe? Can you do some measurements on the one on your car and see if it is exactly the same the other?
