Pads are 3/16 thick, how deep do we counter sink rivets? DIY deal with kit and liners. Thanks

Counter sink about 1/2 way through the linings. Doesn't take much lining for the rivet heads to hold them in place. Check the old linings for verification.

If you need/want a countersink bit and rivet tool, all of the Model A suppliers sell them, usually ~$30 or so.

The only place i found rivets was McMaster Carr.
