In 1932 the plating for closed car is chrome for the outside and nickle inside. Is it the samething for an open car like a roadster?
Thank Henri

On my olds cabriolet, the whole windshield frame, wiper motor, instrument panel, dash handles, escutcheons, door handles, and window cranks are chrome. I would assume that on an open car that everything is chrome. Nickeled first, then chrome on top of the nickel. I was asked at a AACA show by a Judge if my wiper motor should be chrome and I showed him on paperwork I had that the same wiper motor had two prices, one for the “in white “ version and one for the chrome version. My cars OEM parts list showed the chrome version part number.
